Request Deletion of SIPUS Mobile Account & Data

  3. Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion request. You may be contacted via email or phone for confirmation.

What data will be deleted?

When your deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize the following categories of data associated with your SIPUS Mobile account:

  • Account profile data (name, email address, phone number stored in the app).
  • Login and authentication data used specifically for SIPUS Mobile.
  • Optional data you provided voluntarily in the app (e.g., preferences, notes).

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained where we are legally required or permitted to do so, for example:

  • Business and registration records (such as NIB, NIK, NPWP, and business registration details) that must be stored to comply with applicable laws and government regulations.
  • Audit logs, security logs, and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, for the duration permitted by law.

Where retention is required, your data will be kept only for as long as necessary to meet those obligations and will be restricted to authorized personnel.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 (thirty) days, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that may require longer retention.
